A "sing along" afternoon with refreshments will be held in the Frinton Free Church hall for people living with dementia & their carers. N.B. there will be no cafe on fourth Tues.(28/7) as it is Frinton Mission week & NO meetings in August. We will restart on 8th September with a singing session.

This evening Ian McManus, a highly thought of watercolourist is demonstrating. He often paints landscapes or street scenes, often with people in them, as he feels they add to the story he is painting. Ian paints in a loose style.
