A social afternoon with refreshments is held twice a month on Tuesdays at Frinton Free Church for people living with dementia and their carers. The 2nd Tues in the month is a singing afternoon in the Church hall and the 4th Tues is an activity afternoon in the Oasis cafe attached to the Church.
