A fun gentle exercise group for all ages and abilities to improve general mobility and wellbeing. Exercises can be undertaken seated or standing. No special clothing or footwear required, just dress to feel comfortable. 2-3pm. No charge. Funded by East of England Co-op Community Cares Fund.
